Refund policy

At World of Eraya, we are committed to offering clarity and a smooth experience for every customer. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

~ No orders are eligible for cancellation once placed.

~ Please ensure all details (size, color, address) are reviewed carefully before confirming your purchase.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

~ Only sweatshirts are eligible for exchange.

~ All other products are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.

Products not eligible include (but are not limited to):

1) Candle

2) Ritual or spiritual items

3) Cleansing tools


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective sweatshirt:

~ Contact us within 7 days of delivery

~ Share clear images or videos showing the issue

~ Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same or a similar product

Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible due to unavailability.


4. Manufacturer Warranty

For any items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.


5. Exchange & Credit Timelines

~ Approved exchanges or store credits are processed within 6–8 working days after verification

~ Store credits, if issued, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue


6. No Cash Refund Policy

~ We do not offer cash refunds under normal circumstances.

~ Refunds are considered only in rare cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible.
