3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective sweatshirt:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Share clear images or videos showing the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same or a similar product
Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible due to unavailability.
4. Product Not as Described
If a sweatshirt received differs significantly from its description:

5. Manufacturer Warranty
For any items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.
6. Exchange & Credit Timelines

Approved exchanges or store credits are processed within 6–8 working days after verification

Store credits, if issued, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
7. No Cash Refund Policy
