Refund & Exchange Policy

At World of Eraya, we are committed to offering clarity and a smooth experience for every customer. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • No orders are eligible for cancellation once placed.

  • Please ensure all details (size, color, address) are reviewed carefully before confirming your purchase.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Only sweatshirts are eligible for exchange.

  • All other products are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.

Products not eligible include (but are not limited to):

  • Candles

  • Ritual or spiritual items

  • Cleansing tools

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Consultations, healings, or digital services


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective sweatshirt:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos showing the issue

  • Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same or a similar product

Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible due to unavailability.


4. Product Not as Described

If a sweatshirt received differs significantly from its description:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Our team will review the concern

  • An exchange or store credit may be offered based on verification


5. Manufacturer Warranty

For any items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly.


6. Exchange & Credit Timelines

  • Approved exchanges or store credits are processed within 6–8 working days after verification

  • Store credits, if issued, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue


7. No Cash Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds under normal circumstances.

  • Refunds are considered only in rare cases where an exchange or replacement is not possible.
